Job Description

90% of vibe coding projects never become real software.

People build fast. They generate features, fix bugs, add pages.

But they can\'t ship. Because they have no idea what they actually built.

No structure. No tracking. No path to production.

That\'s not a tool problem. That\'s a category gap — and nobody\'s closing it.

We are.

Codelogs.ai turns AI-coded projects into real, shippable software. The operating system above Lovable, Bolt, and V0.

Built. Live. First users in. First positive market and pmf signals received. Target: €1M MRR. 12 months. Max 10 people.

---

We\'re hiring a Growth Marketer. Co-Founder Level.

You own the machine: message, creative, media buying, community, SEA.

AI-first. You have a team of one: our designer next to you for what you can\'t render yourself. No agencies. No approval chains. No PowerPoints.

The only metric that matters: €0 → €1M MRR.

Here\'s what nobody else can offer you.

The founder was #1 on LinkedIn for software sales in the DACH region. 14,000 followers. His own podcast. YouTube channel. Live webinars with 1,500 attendees. Big ad-campaigns that owned the market. +1M in Ad-Spent. Funfact: He\'s recorded 6 hours of podcast content in a single day. He posts daily. He\'s comfortable on camera. He does whatever it takes.

You don\'t need to convince him to create content. You architect what to do with it.

That\'s an unfair advantage most marketing hires never get.

What you\'ll own:

PLG motion: build the loops that pull vibe coders in before they know they\'re looking

SEA / geo / paid: you launch, measure, optimize. No middleman.

Community&organic: the ICP is already in communities. You know how to show up there.

Founder content → distribution pipeline: architect what to create (scripts) and turn it into pipeline

Customer success as growth: early users are your best channel. Use them.

You\'re a fit if:

You\'ve done this before. You\'ve taken a product from zero to €1M ARR and you know what that year actually costs.

AI is your default. Creatives, copy, analytics.

PLG isn\'t a framework you learned. It\'s how you think.

You see the founder\’s media presence and immediately know what you\'d do with it.

If the idea is good, it\'s live tomorrow. No decks.

Not for you if:

You need a media agency to explain your target audience

You want three weeks to launch a campaign

You measure success in impressions, not revenue

---

This is a 996 role. Founder-level responsibility, founder-level upside.

If that sounds exhausting, this isn\'t for you.

If that sounds like finally the right room, read on.

Compensation: Equity Option. We aim for a $10M Exit. No Games. We win together. Discussed openly.

Remote. Fully available. Full Ownership.

You\'re not working for a first-time founder.

Volker Hein. Former SAP CTO, responsible for sales in 16 countries. Spent the last 5 years building a 7-figure consulting business helping software CEOs scale and exit. He founded Codelogs out of his own frustration with AI-driven development. This is hands-on with someone who\'s actually done it.

---

To apply, pick one:

60-second Loom: show us how you\'d use the founder\'s content as a growth asset.

DM with what you\'d build in the first 30 days at Codelogs and why.

#J-18808-Ljbffr
