This role sits at the intersection of technology, customers, and strategy. It is not a sales role. The focus is on building with clients, exploring real‑world applications, and translating technical capabilities into meaningful value creation.The Growth Associate will co‑develop the outreach and engagement strategy with the CEO. The CEO will lead senior and strategic conversations, while this role owns day‑to‑day relationship management, continuity, and execution. You will work closely with the technical team to shape use cases, testing plans, and pilots, and will coordinate inputs across stakeholders to ensure projects move forward.What you will doIdentify and explore potential customers, partners, and application areas for our technologyWork with customers to understand problems, technical constraints, and value driversTranslate technical capabilities into concrete use cases and pilot conceptsOwn relationship tracking, follow‑ups, and continuity across all engagementsCoordinate LOIs, NDAs, and pilot or test agreementsManage test and material transfer processes with customers and internal teamsSupport the design, set‑up, and execution of pilots and demonstrationsCoordinate collaborations with universities, government bodies, and industry associationsPrepare technical‑commercial materials for customers, partners, and conferencesSupport conferences and ecosystem outreach with presentations and application narrativesWhat we are looking forStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work comfortably across technical and commercial topicsCurious mindset with interest in technology, innovation, and applied use casesComfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping new opportunities from scratchClear communicator able to work with engineers, researchers, and external partnersWhy this roleBuild real‑world applications for cutting‑edge technologyWork directly with the CEO and technical leadershipHigh ownership across customer exploration and pilot executionDirect exposure to how new technologies move from lab to deploymentAbout usElectrogenos is building technology to make green hydrogen competitive at scale.
