Job Description Role Overview: In this role, as a Technical Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and directing a team of skilled professionals who plan, implement, and maintain the organization's global store and customer life cycle service initiatives. You will lead all aspects of IT system management, implementation, and maintenance of cloud native applications used by the group. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of professionals responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining global store and customer life cycle service initiatives - Manage all aspects of IT system management and implementation of cloud native applications - Provide remote oversight for sparse resources in various sites including Costa Rica and China - Guide and support the career development of leaders, developers, and architects through engineering managers and team leads - Align engineering resourcing with evolving business priorities and optimize delivery across multiple applications - Identify resource gaps proactively and propose actionable solutions for project continuity - Lead initiatives to ensure successful execution of technical and functional directions Qualifications Required: - 17+ years of IT experience - Solid understanding of enterprise software systems such as SaaS management platforms, user and customer lifecycle management platforms, CRM, and project management tools - Experience in Salesforce will be a plus - Experience in leadership roles within the technology or digital applications domain - Proficient in customer lifecycle management and standard methodologies for digital transformation - Record of developing and mentoring engineering talent at all levels - Strong organizational skills to align engineering work with business goals - Bachelor's in Engineering with a technical background - Good social skills in English for working with overseas teams - Local to Mohali or Pune with the ability to travel as needed to other sites and lead remote teams Additional Details: The company, Emerson, prioritizes a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
