Group Finance Director role for a Multinational Investment GroupWe are recruiting for a Group Finance Director in Dubai for a fast-growing, multinational investment group. In this role, the Group Finance Director will have overall responsibility for the financial health, governance and strategic direction of the Group. Furthermore, they will act as a key advisor to the Chairman, CEO and senior leadership team. As such, the position combines high-level strategic input with detailed financial oversight. In turn, this supports capital raising, investment activity, M&A and portfolio performance across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities for the Group Finance Director RoleLead the Group’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectivesDevelop and implement robust financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processesOversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate, transparent financial reporting across all group entities, in line with IFRSPartner closely with the Chairman & CEO on capital raising, including private equity, venture capital and debt financingLead M&A activity, including financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation and post‑acquisition integrationContribute to the development and execution of the Group’s corporate and investment strategyIdentify, assess and mitigate financial and operational risks across the GroupOversee treasury, cash‑flow management and capital allocationBuild, lead and mentor a high‑performing international finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven cultureAct as a key interface with investors, banks, auditors and external advisersGroup Finance Director Candidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role within a complex, multinational or investment‑led organisationStrong background in private equity, investments, corporate finance, capital raising and M&ADeep understanding of financial planning, analysis and reporting, with strong IFRS knowledgeExperience managing cross‑border structures and international accounting standardsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, investors and external stakeholdersHighly detail‑oriented, proactive and results‑driven, with strong commercial judgementComfortable operating in fast‑paced, demanding environments and under pressureCollaborative, relationship‑focused leadership styleThe Opportunity for a Senior Finance LeaderThis role presents an exceptional opportunity for a high‑calibre Group Finance Director in Dubai to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding, high‑growth investment group.
