<h3>About the job Group CFO, International Holding</h3><p><strong>Title:</strong>Group Chief Financial Officer<br><strong>Location:</strong><strong>UAE</strong>, with regular business trips to Cyprus and Europe<br><strong>Languages:</strong>Fluency in English and Russian is required</p><p>We are seeking a<strong>Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)</strong>to lead the financial strategy and governance of a diversified international holding company with operations across the Middle East, Asia, and the CIS. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic vision and strong operational execution.</p><p>As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will manage complex, multi-jurisdictional financial operations, ensure financial compliance and stability, and drive long-term value creation. The role demands a proactive mindset, excellent multitasking abilities, and the capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, international environment.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Strategic Financial Leadership:</strong>Develop and implement the Groups financial strategy to support sustainable growth, profitability, and effective risk management across various business units and jurisdictions.</li><li><strong>Multi-Jurisdictional Oversight:</strong>Oversee and align financial operations across diverse legal and tax environments, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.</li><li><strong>Tax&Corporate Structure Expertise:</strong>Provide deep tax planning and advisory support for complex corporate and ownership structures. A thorough understanding of corporate taxation in<strong>Russia, UAE, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland</strong>, and the<strong>EU</strong>is essential.</li><li><strong>Capital Management&Investment Strategy:</strong>Lead capital allocation, liquidity management, and financial structuring to optimize capital efficiency and funding.</li><li><strong>Financial Performance&Risk Management:</strong>Drive budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment using advanced analytics and reporting tools.</li><li><strong>Financial Reporting&Compliance:</strong>Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in line with<strong>IFRS</strong>and<strong>EU regulations</strong>, including multi-entity consolidation.<strong>Strong working knowledge of DAC6 and other EU corporate reporting obligations is required.</strong></li><li><strong>Operational Excellence&Cost Optimization:</strong>Identify and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency, streamline financial processes, and enhance operational agility.</li><li><strong>Banking&Investor Relations:</strong>Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Technology&Process Optimization:</strong>Lead the financial digital transformation agenda, including ERP implementation and automation of reporting processes.</li><li><strong>Board Engagement:</strong>Serve as a strategic advisor to shareholders and the Board, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights and recommendations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Key Qualifications&Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Professional certifications such as<strong>CPA, ACCA, or CFA</strong>are preferred.</li><li>Minimum<strong>15 years of financial leadership experience</strong>, including within<strong>holding companies, investment structures, or Family Offices</strong>, where the focus is on<strong>capital management rather than operational business</strong>.</li><li>Proven track record in<strong>corporate finance, international tax planning, and financial structuring</strong>.</li><li><strong>Practical expertise in DAC6 reporting requirements</strong>and broader<strong>EU financial disclosure regulations</strong>.</li><li>Strong practical knowledge of<strong>taxation across multiple jurisdictions</strong>, particularly in<strong>Russia, UAE, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland</strong>, and the<strong>EU</strong>.</li><li>Experience in managing complex group consolidations and ensuring cross-border regulatory compliance.</li><li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and board-level decision-making.</li><li>Fluency in<strong>English and Russian</strong>is mandatory; proficiency in<strong>Arabic or other CIS languages</strong>is an advantage.</li><li>Highly self-driven, with excellent multitasking skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
