OverviewLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 18,000 to 22,000 Plus BenefitsJob Type: PermanentDiscipline:Reference: 53734Posted: 2 days agoResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the preparation of consolidated financial statements aligning to IFRS; oversight of operational accounting and the completion of month-end close and accounts finalisation.Coordinate audit processes and practices in conjunction with Auditors across the various entities and funds within the group.Be heavily involved in planning and the annual budget process; develop management accounts and reports for presentation to business heads.Review accounting policies linked to fund administration and external fee agreements; develop internal reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely and versatile delivery of financial accounts and commentaries.About YouOur client is looking to identify a Big Four Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) who is able to demonstrate a track record within audit support, financial reporting and advisory. Exposure to the financial services (investment-related) sector would be a significant advantage, whereby the candidate will be able to deliver a strong understanding of investment vehicles, asset classes and the applied accounting principles.QualificationsBig Four Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA).Experience in audit support, financial reporting and advisory; exposure to financial services (investment-related) sector is advantageous; understanding of investment vehicles and asset classes and related accounting principles.Strong analytical and reporting skills (up to financial modelling level); capable presentation skills; exposure across regional and/or international jurisdictions is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
