We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.Job descriptionAccount Planning Workshops & Strategic RefreshersLead the end-to-end design and delivery of internal and customer-facing account planning workshops, annual refreshers, and strategic customer summits.Design agendas aligned to account priorities and growth objectives.Structure breakout methodologies and facilitation frameworks.Coordinate cross‑BU participation and pre‑workshop inputs.Facilitate sessions and synthesize discussions into actionable insights.Translate workshop outcomes into updated account plans, opportunity maps, and execution roadmaps.Drive post‑workshop governance and follow‑through.Act as the central orchestrator to ensure workshops are outcome‑driven, collaborative, and aligned to One Hitachi strategy.Account Planning Enablement & Strategy SupportSupport the Group Account Manager (GAM) in maintaining focused account plans informed by workshop insights and evolving customer priorities.Maintain structured player maps and strategic priorities.Monitor progress against defined actions.Identify constraints and support corrective actions.Ensure account plans remain dynamic and execution‑oriented.About usWe’re a global team of innovators.
