GRN Coordinator

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient ERP Coordinator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates.ResponsibilitiesKeep track of the daily GRN and ERP activities and set up work schedules.Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details.Responsible for verification and filing of delivery notes upon receipt of the signed ones from the project team.Review and verify documents for completeness format and compliance with company procedures / formats.Coordinate with the project team in case of any contradictions between various documents such as purchase orders delivery notes and invoices.Communicate with the suppliers in a timely manner in case of any errors in their invoices. Create GRN (Goods Received Note) in ERP system.Coordinate with the finance team at all times to ensure timely posting of invoices in ERP system.Work in strict cooperation with other GRN Coordinators in the unit to ensure proper and smooth flow of the unit processes for all projects.Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard.Prepare monthly reports and issue logs related to the GRN unit.Perform other duties as assigned to within the GRN unit.QualificationsDegree Qualified or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification Experience in similar business for at least 3 yearsAdditional InformationExcellent computer skills and proper English speaking reading & writing Have keen attention to detail Able to understand proper handling of all paperwork required in department including reporting of time Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
