We are the creators of flagship events such as Forex Expo, Money Expo and Crypto Expo bringing together leaders, innovators and enthusiasts from around the world to enable business growth and technological advancement.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Finance to lead all financial operations across HQMena’s global events and business units. The ideal candidate will have 8‑12 years of finance leadership experience preferably within the events, exhibitions or financial services industries. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance and risk management ensuring fiscal efficiency and alignment with HQMena’s ambitious growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance function including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, audit and financial reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with HQMena’s long‑term goals and event‑driven business model.Work closely with the Directors and departmental heads to support commercial decision‑making and optimize revenue streams.Analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards and KPIs to senior management.Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing financial risk.Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, taxation laws and regulatory requirements.Oversee vendor contracts, sponsorships, event budgets and P&L management for all major expos (Forex, Money and Crypto Expo).Optimize working capital and cash flow to support operational and event needs.Collaborate with external auditors, legal teams and tax consultants as required.Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team.Requirements8‑12 years of progressive financial management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Prior experience in the events/exhibitions media or financial services sector is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards and compliance.Hands‑on experience with financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning.Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g. ERP, QuickBooks, Excel, BI tools).Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.What We OfferCompetitive SalaryDynamic Growth‑Oriented Work CultureHealth & Wellness Benefits30 Days of Annual LeaveInternational Travel Opportunities to Global EventsCollaborative and Entrepreneurial Work EnvironmentIf you are a strategic finance professional with a strong background in financial leadership and a passion for driving business performance we invite you to join HQMena’s Dubai team and play a pivotal role in powering the financial success of our global expos!#J-18808-Ljbffr
