Your creativity and expertise in grilling techniques will play a key role in providing gourmet dining experiences for guests.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes ensuring consistent quality in taste and presentation.Assist in menu planning and the development of grilling techniques and recipes.Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the grill station and equipment.Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary to maintain efficient kitchen operations.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to create a seamless workflow and outstanding dining experiences.Train and mentor junior staff in grilling techniques and proper ingredient handling.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Grill Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.Must have knowledge in continental/oriental cuisine but specializedinGrillStrong background in grilling techniques and knowledge of various cuisines.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.Must be based in UAE.BenefitsSalary: 5500-6500 plus accommodation food and other standard UAE benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
