Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creativeGraphic Designerwithexperience in the real estate industry to join our marketing team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs thateffectively communicate our brand, services, and property listings. You willcollaborate with our marketing and operations teams to produce high-qualityassets for both online and offline marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Designand produce visually appealing marketing materials, including propertybrochures, flyers, newsletters, signage, and social media graphics.Workclosely with the marketing team to develop design concepts for onlineadvertising campaigns.Createand maintain the visual identity of the company and ensure consistencyacross all marketing channels.Editand enhance property photos and virtual tours to present listings in themost visually compelling way.Collaboratewith real estate agents and the sales team to understand project needs andensure designs are aligned with target audiences.Assistin designing website elements, email templates, and digital marketingmaterials.Stayupdated on industry trends, design technologies, and best practices inreal estate marketing.Ensureall designs meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor'sdegree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Provenexperience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing yourwork in real estate marketing.Experiencewith web design tools (Word Press, Squarespace, etc.) is a plus.Strongunderstanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.Excellentattention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects withdeadlines.Familiaritywith real estate marketing trends and techniques.Strongcommunication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functionalteams.
