As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life and contributing to our clients’ success.ResponsibilitiesDesign Creation:Develop visually appealing and effective graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital ads, social media posts, website elements, email campaigns, and print materials.Concept Development:Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design creative solutions that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Brand Consistency:Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all visual materials.Content Collaboration:Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing professionals to produce cohesive and engaging visual content.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.Feedback Integration:Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions, maintaining flexibility and openness to constructive criticism.Trend Awareness:Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to design projects.Quality Assurance:Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and alignment with project specifications before finalizing and delivering.About YouWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong visual sense and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.You’ll have:Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Skills:Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with web design tools and platforms like Canva & Figma.Knowledge:Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any other field.
