Job Title: Graphic Design ManagerLocation: UAEDepartment: Marketing & Corporate CommunicationsReporting To: Head of Marketing / Brand & CommunicationsRole OverviewInvest Bank is seeking a highly creative and strategic Graphic Design Manager to lead the visual identity and design function across all marketing, digital, and corporate communication channels.This role will be responsible for driving brand consistency, enhancing customer engagement, and translating business strategies into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate combines strong creative leadership with hands‑on design expertise, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & StrategyLead the design vision and creative direction aligned with Invest Bank’s brand and business strategyDevelop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpointsCollaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into high‑impact visual campaignsDrive innovation in digital design, storytelling, and customer experienceDesign Execution & DeliveryOversee end‑to‑end design for:Marketing campaigns (digital & offline)Corporate communications and presentationsSocial media creatives and performance marketing assetsWebsite and mobile app UI visualsEnsure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, creativity, and turnaround timeStay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologiesTeam Management & GovernanceLead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic designers and creative specialistsManage workload allocation, timelines, and performance of the design teamEstablish design workflows, SLAs, and quality assurance processesWork closely with external agencies and vendors where requiredStakeholder & Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Digital, Product, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and HR teamsAct as a design advisor for internal stakeholders on branding and creative directionEnsure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and brand governance standardsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in visual design, branding, and digital creative strategyProficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, After EffectsUnderstanding of UX/UI principles and digital customer journeysAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced banking environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a commercial and customer‑centric mindsetExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field8–12 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership rolePrior experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is highly preferredProven portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
