This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset strong problemsolving skills.Candidates with backgrounds in Venture Capital firms agencies or startups will find this role particularly relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual & Digital Design: Create engaging onbrand visual content for social media platforms digital campaigns and marketing materials.UI/UX Design: Develop usercentered design solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality to enhance user experience.Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and best practices from leading tech companies to continuously evolve our Graphics strategies.CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with program managers developers and marketing teams to deliver integrated highquality design solutions.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and user testing to refine designs and improve overall effectiveness.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for professionals who:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Graphics design with a strong focus on social media and strategic .Must have experience working with venture capital firms agencies or startups.Demonstrated skills in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.Keen understanding of current design trends and best practices especially those adopted by top tech companies.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Graphics Suite Sketch Figma or similar tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts effectively.Animation experience is a plus.Experience in and the ability to work efficiently in a remote work setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
