Location: Abu Dhabi | Duration: Full time/Part time/Freelance/Remote | On-goingOur designers have a strong creative flair and the ability to translate requirements into designs which inspire!OperationalResponsibilitiesConceptualize visualsCreate inspiring designs for social media, websites, brochures and brandPrepare rough drafts of designs and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other digital assetsWork with the Head of Brand and the Content Team to produce high quality branded designsTest graphics across various digital media (A/B, usability)Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandRequirementsA strong portfolio of executed projects or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML 5)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesDegree in design, Fine Arts or related field and Arabic is a plusPersonal SpecificationMinimum Experience1-4 years experienceEducational QualificationsTechnical KnowledgePhotoshop, Illustrator and other design packagesKnowledge of Project management skills to manage workload, an advantageUnderstanding of web designFast to learn new online systemsOther RequirementsDemonstrated experience in creating digital campaigns.Weekly reporting on performance.PowerPoint and Excel SkillsAbility to interpret reports from online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Adobe, an advantageDeterminationAbility to inspire othersAbility to encourage others to meet deadlinesHighly organised with great time-management skillsAbility to prioritise, create, manage, implement and deliver project needsAbility to understand business needsStrong relationship management skillsHigh attention to detailLiaising with client and media agencies to collating and deliver creative assetsAbility to work under tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstanding of web designFast to learn new online systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
