Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARYThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual materials and design solutions that support communication, branding, and presentation needs. The role requires creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to developing visual identities, preparing marketing materials, and translating technical content into clear and user-friendly design formats. The position involves supporting design teams in producing visual assets, reports, and digital materials while ensuring consistency with established visual identity standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain the visual identity of the Studio (Governmental Authority) across communication materials.Prepare marketing and promotional materials including brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentation graphics.Convert technical templates, checklists, and documentation prepared by the Architecture and Urban teams into clear and user-friendly visual formats.Support the website developer by preparing graphics and contributing to user interface and user experience design elements.Assist in preparing visual materials, presentations, and reports for workshops and meetings.Ensure consistency of branding, layout, and visual standards across all design materials.Collaborate with Studio team members to develop design concepts and presentation materials.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that visual content aligns with project and communication objectives.Review and update existing visual materials to maintain quality and consistency.Complete other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.COMMUNICATIONWITHIN THE COMPANYCommunicates with Studio team members and internal departments regarding design requirements, visual materials, and presentation support.EXTERNALCoordinates with external service providers such as website developers or printing vendors when required.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communication.Previous experience in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements is required.Experience working with architecture, urban design, or design studios is preferred.EDUCATIONDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.SPECIAL FACTORS / COMPETENCIESProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual identity development.Experience preparing marketing materials and presentation graphics.Ability to translate technical information into clear visual formats.Good communication skills; verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Attention to detail and strong visual design skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design tasks.About the CompanyWhy Join DAOYou’ll be part of a diverse, multidisciplinary international team committed to design excellence and high-quality project delivery.
