Graphic Designer

To create integrated visual designs that support and enhance Al Khaleejiah’s brand identity and contribute to achieving its marketing objectives through designing uniforms, logos, printed and digital materials, including magazines, brochures, user interfaces, product labels, reports, advertisements, and social media content.Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with approved internal policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring alignment with relevant local and international standards.Propose ideas, concepts, and visual models for promoting Al Khaleejiah’s products and services.Edit and process images, fonts, and layouts using design software.Maintain consistency of Al Khaleejiah’s brand identity across all design projects.Ensure all produced digital creative materials are aligned with and support the company’s brand.Create and deliver designs and related outputs using the required tools, equipment, and software.Design social media posts and visual content.Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.Provide design solutions to support marketing campaigns, promotions, brochures, flyers, banners, web pages, social media platforms, and email campaigns.Prepare image designs and video editing using specialized software, and propose uniform design concepts.Contribute to improving graphic design processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and prepare drafts and concepts for approval by the Creative Lead.Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in graphic design.Submit monthly performance and operational design reports to management.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project execution aligns with operational requirements.Perform photography and videography for projects, events, and products, ensuring high-quality visuals aligned with the company’s visual identity and design needs.Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures outlined in Al Khaleejiah’s Integrated Management System.Ensure compliance with and monitoring of all relevant policies and procedures within AKCC’s Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).Job QualificationsEducationDiploma in Marketing, Media, or a related field.Experience2 to 4 years of relevant experience.Certificates / LicensesCourses in design fundamentals, color theory, and a portfolio.SkillsSelf-learning ability and continuous skill development.Creativity and quick thinking.High attention to detail and accuracy.Teamwork and responsibility.Commitment to quality and safety standards.Innovation and attention to detail.Proficiency in design software:(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).#J-18808-Ljbffr
