<div><p>A creative and detail-oriented role responsible for developing visual content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and overall business objectives across digital and print platforms.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, events, and corporate communications</li><li>Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and mobile platforms</li><li>Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and packaging</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business units to understand requirements</li><li>Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends</li><li>Prepare files for printing and production</li><li>Support video editing, motion graphics, and photography when needed</li><li>Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>95% on-time delivery of design projects</li><li>High design accuracy with minimal revisions</li><li>Internal client satisfaction (feedback/surveys)</li><li>Engagement performance of visual content (social media metrics)</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field</li><li><b>Experience:</b>2–4 years in graphic design</li><li>Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors is a plus</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>After Effects&Premiere Pro are a plusExperience in social media design, branding, and visual storytelling</li><li>Knowledge of print production and file preparation</li><li>Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus</li><li>Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
