AECOM's Middle East Talent Acquisition team in Dubai is looking for a Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our vibrant collaborative team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of recruitment while contributing to meaningful initiatives like Emiratisation and university partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Attraction: Source, screen and identify top candidates based on hiring manager requirements to support AECOM’s diverse hiring needs.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews to assess experience suitability for roles and set up interviews with hiring managers.Emiratisation Support: Play a key role in achieving AECOM’s Emiratisation targets by identifying and recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs to promote our brand and attract high-potential talent from UAE institutions.Offer Management: Manage the job offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Talent Pipeline Development: Gain exposure to external talent partnerships through LinkedIn, Dubai Govt HR, The Jusoor Program, NAFIS and university partnerships.What You’ll GainComprehensive exposure: End-to-end recruitment processes and insight into HR and marketing activities.Skill development: Build expertise in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, employer branding and pipeline management.Networking opportunities: Engage with ministries, industry professionals, universities and a diverse range of candidates.Impactful contribution: Play an active role in AECOM’s Emiratisation initiative and recruitment strategy.QualificationsEducation: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.Minimum GPA of 2.8 or a 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.A strong desire to learn, grow and contribute to AECOM’s Emiratisation efforts through our Fursa Program.Eligibility: As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
