Job DescriptionWe are seeking to recruit a Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator (UAE National) to join the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Sales & Growth Team. The Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator will work with the Sales & Growth Bid Managers and Sales & Growth Leadership team to undertake a broad range of enabling and coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full breadth of the AtkinsRéalis sales and work activities.Your roleThe Graduate Sales & Growth Coordinator is responsible for the following:Creating, maintaining and managing the win work knowledge librarySupporting implementation of win work improvement plan activities.Supporting the development of a win work training plan.Supporting the production of win work reporting, key account management and major pursuit reports.Coordinating win work related meetings with key stakeholdersGeneral administrative duties to support the win work team as requiredAbout youThe successful candidate shall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:The successful candidate shall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:Keen to gain experience in proposals management and sales and grown activities to support professional development.Excellent coordination and organisation skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
