Graduate Sales&Growth Coordinator (UAE National)

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking to recruit a Graduate Sales&Growth Coordinator (UAE National) to join the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Sales&Growth Team. The Graduate Sales&Growth Coordinator will work with the Sales&Growth Bid Managers and Sales&Growth Leadership team to undertake a broad range of enabling and coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across the full breadth of the AtkinsRéalis sales and work activities.</p><h3>Your role</h3><ul><li>The Graduate Sales&Growth Coordinator is responsible for the following:</li><li>Creating, maintaining and managing the win work knowledge library</li><li>Supporting implementation of win work improvement plan activities.</li><li>Supporting the development of a win work training plan.</li><li>Supporting the production of win work reporting, key account management and major pursuit reports.</li><li>Coordinating win work related meetings with key stakeholders</li><li>General administrative duties to support the win work team as required</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>The successful candidate shall have the following technical and behavioural competencies:</p><ul><li>Keen to gain experience in proposals management and sales and grown activities to support professional development.</li><li>Excellent coordination and organisation skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
