AECOM's Project Cost Consultancy (PCC) team is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Surveyor to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Assets team. As a Graduate Project Surveyor you will play a key role in supporting all commercial activities throughout the pre and post contract phases of construction projects.Responsibilities & DutiesAssisting Quantity Surveying staff for Assets (Buildings Team) on both precontract and postcontract deliverables.Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project SurveyorCompletes the measurement of quantities for input into cost plans cost estimates and bills of quantitiesAssists with the preparation of tender documentationAssists with viability studies and cost estimatesAssists with implementing maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures throughout the duration of a projectAssists with providing necessary input related to financial claimsAssists with evaluating variations additions and omissions etc and incorporating these into monthly cost reportsAssists with preparing pricing and negotiating change orders with clients and contractorsMarket tests rates and analyses tender returns for input into rates databases and estimatesAssists with upkeep of the technical library including cost data benchmarks and maintenance of the various asset databases used for life cycle cost analysis and operational cost estimates.Assists with report formatting data management and quality assurance procedures across all core service lines.Undertakes primary research according to project requirements under the supervision.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited UniversityCandidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates (no later than September 2025) to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.If you hold a Masters degree it must have started within 12 months of finishing your Bachelor’s to meet the program's continuous education requirement.Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional level roles instead.Additional InformationRecruitment TimelineHere's what you can expect throughout the application journey.Applications Open: April 23 2025Applications Close: May 23 2025Screening & Interviews: May June 2025 (includes CV review, phone screening and technical interviews)Mobilization & Visa Processing: July August 2025Start Date: September 2025 (Earlier start requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis).Program Orientation: October 2025 Our full graduate cohort from across the Middle East will come together for a dedicated induction networking and teambuilding experience.About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
