Graduate Project Manager_(Emirati National)

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager - Emirati National with an academic background in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management to join our Integrated Design Leadership team within the Transportation & Infrastructure division. This role provides the opportunity to support the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and multidisciplinary design projects from concept through construction.You will work alongside experienced project leaders, gaining exposure to high‑profile projects and developing strong project coordination and delivery skills in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.ResponsibilitieAssist in the planning, organization, and coordination of large, multidisciplinary design projectsSupport the tracking of project scope, deliverables, and contractual requirements to ensure accurate executionAssist in preparing project schedules, action logs, and resource plansHelp ensure project workflows align with overall programmed milestonesTeam & Stakeholder CollaboratioCoordinate day‑to‑day interactions with engineering and architectural disciplinesFacilitate communication by sharing updates, priorities, and actions with internal project teamsSupport project leads in client and stakeholder communicationAssist with coordination between internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure alignment and secure required approvalsQuality & CompliancSupport the review of design documentation to ensure quality standards and project requirements are metHelp monitor project risks, issues, and progress and report updates to the Project ManagerMeetings & DocumentatioParticipate in internal and external project meetings, contributing to collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑makingAssist in preparing project reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and documentationBusiness Support & InnovatioSupport the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy, including sustainability and innovation initiativesIdentify potential business development or client engagement opportunities and share them with the teamStay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and project managementQualificatioBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related fielUnderstanding of integrated design and multidisciplinary project delivery processeFamiliarity with design tools and project management software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, MS ProjectStrong organizational and analytical skillExcellent communication and interpersonal skillAbility to manage tasks effectively, priorities work, and adapt in a fast‑paced environmenDemonstrated commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvemenProactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team settin#J-18808-Ljbffr
