Graduate Engineer - Public Health & Fire ProtectionJob DescriptionAs a Graduate Engineer in Public Health & Fire Protection at WSP Middle East, you will support the Building Services Design team in delivering innovative, sustainable, and safe engineering solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers on projects that shape infrastructure and buildings across the region.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and development of public health systems (water supply, drainage, sanitation).Support the design of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, and smoke control systems.Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports in line with WSP standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural).Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and WSP quality procedures.Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.Contribute to sustainability initiatives and innovative design solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Architectural Engineering from a recognized UAE or international university.Strong academic background in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and fire safety engineering.Knowledge of UAE building codes and international standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., HASS, Elite Fire) is an advantage.Excellent communication skills in English;Structured graduate development program with mentorship tailored for Emirati nationals.OpportunitiesOpportunities to work on landmark UAE projects (airports, hospitals, high-rise towers, infrastructure).Career progression pathways into design, project management, or specialist engineering roles.Inclusive workplace culture that supports Emiratization and national talent development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
