Job Description
The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants’ Emiratization 2026 strategy and long-term talent pipeline. Graduate Employees join as full-time employees and rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, develop core competencies, and prepare for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.ResponsibilitiesProgram & Rotation ResponsibilitiesParticipate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structureComplete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phaseExecute assigned tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIsDemonstrate learning agility and adaptability across different functionsPerformance & DevelopmentAchieve agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotationParticipate in structured entry and exit reviews for each rotationReceive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisorsMaintain accurate documentation of learning outcomes and performanceCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ownership mindsetUphold Americana’s values, policies, and code of conductProgram CompletionParticipate in final performance evaluation and leadership presentationBe considered for permanent placement in any of the roles/functions trained in, subject to performance and business requirementsQualificationsEducation:Business AdministrationMarketingHuman ResourcesFinanceSupply ChainFood ScienceExperience:Fresh graduate (graduated within the last 1–2 years)Less than 1 year of full-time work experienceRequired SkillsStrong communication skills (English and/or Arabic)Learning agility and adaptabilityTeamwork and collaborationTime management and accountabilityProblem-solving and analytical thinkingRequired KnowledgeBasic understanding of business operationsInterest in restaurants, retail, or hospitality sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
