Join us.Job DescriptionThe Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the Dry Utilities team in the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution networks, street lighting, and telecommunications systems. Under the supervision of experienced engineers, the role focuses on developing strong analytical, technical, and design capabilities.This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.As part of AECOM\u2019s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.ResponsibilitiesBuilds analytic and design skills.Conducts engineering design under the supervision of anexperienced engineer.Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.QualificationsUAE National (with a valid Family Book).Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skillsInterest in electrical infrastructure and dry utilities systems (e.g., power distribution, street lighting, telecom)Ability to work effectively under supervision within a multidisciplinary engineering teamBasic understanding of electrical engineering principles, utility standards, and design practicesProficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) preferredStrong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow through a structured graduate programAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
