This opportunity is part of AECOMs Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book.Join AECOMs 2025 Graduate ProgramAs part of our Graduate Program were excited to welcome a Graduate Design Management Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Design Management team within our Buildings Places business line.OverviewAbout the RoleResponsibilitiesOrganizing and managing design processes for small to medium-scale projectsSupporting design managers with planning and defining scopes schedules and information flowCoordinating with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issuesPreparing and updating logs trackers and reports for design deliverables RFIs risks and changesReviewing deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirementsMaintaining documentation and helping drive design efficiency across projectsWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking motivated graduates with strong communication coordination and organizational skills who are eager to develop a career in design management.
