The role of Architect will involve a wide range of project types in support of our current highprofile client base.ResponsibilitiesProvide design within our emerging commercial architectural practice. Given our highprofile client base regionally design talent and the ability to communicate and generate strong design ideas is a key component of this role.Provide conceptual architectural design to the current range of master planning projects as well as take a leading role in vertical architecture work. Develop a portfolio of commercial architectural projects providing design leadership while ensuring the quality of information reflects the requirements of Stantec's standard policies and procedures.Manage the design process from inception through concept schematic design detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction.Coordinating with design leadership across offices to ensure best practice is achieved and the highest quality outcomes are delivered to clients.Coordinating across offices for resource support and management where requiredSupport the local Business Center Lead and Sector Leaders with a specific focus on assisting growth in the commercial sector.Helping develop and maintain a network of client relationships maintaining a pipeline of project opportunities.QualificationsDegree qualified (or equivalent) in Architecture.UAE NationalMinimum of 02 years being Architect focus on design.Expert in Revit architecture with a commitment to continuing professional development.Knowledge in Architectural principles techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable international standards.Should be able to work alone or as part of a team taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs.Strong in communication skills (written/verbal) and able to contribute effectively to discipline specific discussions. Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with team members of different disciplines.Practical handson and uptodate experience in Architectural design.Be inventive and imaginative in building design and master planning.Enthusiastic selfmotivated team player keen to develop with our growing organization.Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages including Revit Architecture.Knowledge of Navisworks 3DStudio MAX Rhino and Photoshop is added advantage.Dynamic with good organizational skills and able to multitask.#J-18808-Ljbffr
