Raya Smart Buildings - EIC Workspace Management (KSA office)You are about to apply for a Top Employer.Raya Smart Buildings is hiring for EIC Workspace Management - KSA office. The following role:Role PurposeServe focal point in Saudi Arabia for HR administration, government relations (GRO), company licensing, immigration, and office administration, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations. Provide dependable administrative and facilities support for the local office, while coordinating closely with the remotely managed HR function in Egypt for policies, payroll inputs, and employee services.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage job offers, employment contracts via Qiwa, and HR letters in coordination with legal requirements and management approvals; execute local onboarding/offboarding checklists.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records: personnel files, attendance, leaves, warnings, evaluations, disciplinary records, and related documentation while ensuring professional titles, contract classifications, and employee data align with Saudi labor law requirements and internal policy.Manage & monitor government transactions and compliance activities across relevant platforms, including (but not limited to): Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce (MoC), Chamber of Commerce, Balady, MOFA (invitations/attestations), Saudization & Nitaqa.Monitor regulatory changes and government updates; proactively flag risks, deadlines, and required actions to management.Maintain logs for government fees, renewals, license expiry dates, penalties/violations prevention, and ensure timely payments and renewals.Oversee office facilities: utilities, supplies, and vendor contracts (cleaning, security, internet, telecom, courier); coordinate with building management while ensuring office HSE basics are in place (first aid kit, emergency contacts, visitor logs, safety notices, basic compliance signage).Manage petty cash and local procurement within approved budgets; process invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely vendor payments.Organize local logistics and admin support: events, travel bookings, accommodation, meeting rooms, visitor gate passes, courier shipments, and general office coordination.Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities during inspections, audits, and investigations; ensure proper documentation, archiving, and safekeeping of corporate and legal records.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related fieldStrong understanding of KSA labor & immigration processes and practical execution.Excellent Arabic (native) and English (business level) communication—verbal and written.Proficient in Microsoft toolsQiwa, Muqeem, Absher (business), GOSI, ZATCA e-services, MoC, Balady, Chamber portals3–6 years of experience in government relations and office administration in KSA; small-company experience is a plusSolid hands-on proficiency handling governmental relations#J-18808-Ljbffr
