<div><p>Canon EMEA | Posted Jan 22, 2026</p><p>Full-time Riyadh Region Negotiable Advanced (5-10 yrs)</p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>You are responsible for providing leadership for the Government sales team, managing their day-to-day activities and developing next generation talent pool.</p><p>By regularly managing all sales initiatives, you will assure the company is meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will maximize the sales team potential.</p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Degree level education, preferably in Commerce or Economics</li><li>Experience of heading a Sales within a multi-national for at least 10 years</li><li>Relevant experience in sales related B2B industry</li><li>Knowledge of local region</li><li>Previous proven experience of developing departmental&organizational strategies in line with the overall company objectives</li><li>Professional appearance, attitude&communication style both internal and external</li><li>Strong communication&presentation skills</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office, Email&Internet</li><li>Able to work on own initiative&in a team environment</li><li>Ability to think of issues from all perspectives&act according to the best option</li><li>Willingness to make unpopular decisions when required</li><li>A very high level of accuracy when dealing with figures</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines&flexibility to deal with changing requirements</li><li>Strategic&innovative thinking to influence&change ways of working to improve or grow business performance&maximize our margins, creating value and add solutions</li><li>Knowledge of KSA Government market is required.</li></ul><p><b>About Us</b></p><p>Canon Middle East FZ LLC , a subsidiary of Canon Europe, is the operational headquarters for Canon in the Middle East based in Dubai, UAE.</p><p>At Canon, we’ve been inspiring people to capture and share their world for over 85+ years.
