<div><p>The Government Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing all government-related processes and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. This role serves as the<b>primary point of contact between the company and government authorities</b>, handling documentation, permits, licenses, and employee-related governmental services efficiently and in a timely manner.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage relationships with government authorities (e.g., Jawazat, MOHRSD, Muqeem, Absher, etc.)</li><li>Handle Iqama issuance, renewals, and compliance tracking</li><li>Ensure company compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations</li><li>Manage platforms such as<b>Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad</b></li><li>Supervise and follow up on Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements</li><li>Process company licenses, commercial registrations, and renewals</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all government transactionsHandle any government inspections, audits, or inquiries</li><li>Lead and supervise GRO team and daily operations</li><li>Ensure timely processing of employee-related government services</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field</li><li>Minimum<b>5–8 years of experience</b>in Government Relations within Saudi Arabia</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government platforms</li><li>Proven experience managing visas, Iqama, and company documentation</li><li>Experience with platforms such as<b>Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad</b></li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Leadership experience is required</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in construction, contracting, or multi-industry organizations</li><li>Strong network within government entities</li><li>Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is a must; English is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
