School: LIWA EducationPosition Title: Government Relations & Projects Liaison Manager (UAE National – Mid Level Management Role)Department: Nurseries DepartmentReports To: Director of Nurseries / Deputy DirectorLocation: Abu Dhabi – with regular field visits across projects in AD & AAJob Description: A UAE National mid-level manager who supports the Nurseries Division in all government‑related engagements. The role enhances communication with government entities, ensures cultural and national identity programs are consistently implemented, contributes to Emirati talent empowerment, and supports the division in new government projects and tenders.Key Responsibilities1. Government Relations, Representation & Stakeholder CommunicationSupport the Nurseries Division in coordinating with UAE government entities (ADEK, ECA, MOE, MOFA, EHC, etc.).Join and participate in government meetings alongside the Nurseries Division Team, ensuring aligned communication and proper representation.Assist during government visits and presentations by preparing required documents, reports, and operational evidence.Maintain positive working relationships with government stakeholders by managing follow‑ups, clarifications, and routine coordination.Serve as an Arabic‑speaking representative when needed, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and clear interpretation of directives.Support protocol and logistics for VIP visitors, government delegations, and inspection teams.2. Support for New Projects, Tenders & Government OpportunitiesParticipate in discussions, presentations, and site visits with government agencies regarding new collaborations and tenders.Support preparation and submission of all required documents, presentations, and follow‑ups for tenders and proposals.Assist with due diligence and site assessments for new government‑partnered nursery projects.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tender requirements, coordinating closely with relevant internal departments.3. UAE National Identity, Cultural Programs & Public Nursery MandatesEnsure UAE National identity programs, cultural elements, and heritage activities are consistently implemented across government projects (Al Ghad Nurseries, EHC, MOFA, etc.).Collaborate with Curriculum and Operations teams to embed UAE values and cultural learning as required by ECA/ADEK.Monitor implementation of cultural and heritage initiatives such as Emirati Classroom Model, UAE national/heritage celebrations, cultural storytelling and community programs.Act as a cultural ambassador to ensure alignment with national priorities within early childhood settings.4. UAE Talent Empowerment & Capacity Building (Liwa’s USP)Support Liwa’s Emiratization agenda through hiring coordination, onboarding, and development of UAE National early‑years staff.Contribute to leadership pathways and professional development opportunities for Emirati educators and administrators.Promote Liwa Education’s unique value proposition (USP) in government interactions by highlighting Liwa’s strong Emirati workforce, proven capacity‑building programs, and alignment with UAE workforce development strategies.Ensure all government projects visibly reflect Liwa’s commitment to national identity, Emiratization, and cultural leadership.Required SkillsStrong understanding of UAE government systems, early childhood regulations, and approval processes.Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.Professional, collaborative, culturally aware, and solutions‑oriented.Position ImpactThis role enhances Liwa Education’s government engagement, supports public‑sector project expansion, strengthens cultural and identity programming, and reinforces Liwa Education’s leadership in Emirati empowerment and early childhood excellence.Liwa Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.Successful candidates will be subject to police checks and professional reference checks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Education, or related field.2–4 years of experience in government educational institutions, public‑sector coordination, or similar roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
