Governance&Compliance Manager

<div><p>We are currently seeking an experienced Governance&Compliance Manager to join a leading organisation in the UAE, playing a key role in driving enterprise-wide governance, risk and compliance frameworks.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organisation’s compliance programme, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and ethical standards, while embedding robust risk management practices across the business.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive governance and policy framework</li><li>Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices</li><li>Establish and manage enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks</li><li>Design and oversee compliance monitoring, internal controls, and reporting mechanisms</li><li>Lead internal audits and support regulatory compliance across business units</li><li>Investigate compliance breaches and ensure corrective actions are implemented</li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk</li><li>Build dashboards, KRIs, and performance monitoring tools</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5+ years’ experience in governance, compliance, risk, audit, or business excellence</li><li>Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management</li><li>Experience within highly regulated industries (e.g. real estate, financial services, government, healthcare, energy)</li><li>Expertise in control design, implementation, and monitoring</li><li>Familiarity with GRC tools and compliance technologies</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience within the UAE, particularly in real estate or regulated sectors</li><li>Proven track record engaging with regulators and senior leadership</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
