Job Description

This role is based in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia.Ideal candidate must have both technical and commercial experience in selling, repair and servicing of oilfield equipment and the products in the oilfield service industry and a Degree in engineering or equivalent.Achieve sales turnover and profitability in line with company objectivesExpand Customer base and Identify key projectsBuilding relationship with key personnel (decision makers) within a customer’s site.Understanding customer needs and proving solutions accordingly. Staying up to date on service capabilities for enhancing sales.Preparation of presentation and proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements.Coordinating and resolving customer service issues in a manner that retains the customer and provides opportunity to additional revenue in the future.Assisting the finance department in collecting unpaid debts.Organize efficient travel within agreed budgets and effectively manage entertainment budget.Ensure completion of customer satisfaction reports. Hold technical discussions with clients and provide solutions to client requirements.Interact with the operations department to ensure that the customer requirements are met as per their expectations.Deliver key account management programs Tendering Function including review of terms and conditionsCommercially oriented, drivers sales to expand businessDegree in engineering or equivalent qualification5-6 years of proven experience in Technical and Commercial roleStrong knowledge, understanding and experience of oilfield equipment products and oilfield service industryStrong knowledge of engineering principles and practicesStrong interpersonal, communications skills and outstanding ability to develop relationship with othersSelf starter and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problemsSafe driving record and valid drivers licenseGood computer skills Experience in selling, repair and servicing of oilfield equipmentProven Experience in Commercial RoleContracts general management an added advantageResults Oriented “a go getter” and driven to over achieve budgetsAbout The CompanyThe McNair Partnership is a specialist executive search firm providing a range of recruitment solutions to global industry using traditional and proprietary search methods.
