GM Sales / Sales Director

<p>This role is based in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia.<br><br>Ideal candidate must have both technical and commercial experience in selling, repair and servicing of oilfield equipment and the products in the oilfield service industry and a Degree in engineering or equivalent.<br><br>Achieve sales turnover and profitability in line with company objectives<br>Expand Customer base and Identify key projects<br>Building relationship with key personnel (decision makers) within a customer’s site.<br>Understanding customer needs and proving solutions accordingly. Staying up to date on service capabilities for enhancing sales.<br>Preparation of presentation and proposals to obtain new orders including proper review of customer specifications and commercial requirements.<br>Coordinating and resolving customer service issues in a manner that retains the customer and provides opportunity to additional revenue in the future.<br>Assisting the finance department in collecting unpaid debts.<br>Organize efficient travel within agreed budgets and effectively manage entertainment budget.<br>Ensure completion of customer satisfaction reports. Hold technical discussions with clients and provide solutions to client requirements.<br>Interact with the operations department to ensure that the customer requirements are met as per their expectations.<br>Deliver key account management programs Tendering Function including review of terms and conditions<br>Commercially oriented, drivers sales to expand business</p><p>Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification<br>5-6 years of proven experience in Technical and Commercial role<br>Strong knowledge, understanding and experience of oilfield equipment products and oilfield service industry<br>Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices<br>Strong interpersonal, communications skills and outstanding ability to develop relationship with others<br>Self starter and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems<br>Safe driving record and valid drivers license<br>Good computer skills Experience in selling, repair and servicing of oilfield equipment<br>Proven Experience in Commercial Role<br>Contracts general management an added advantage<br>Results Oriented “a go getter” and driven to over achieve budgets</p><p>About The Company</p><p>The McNair Partnership is a specialist executive search firm providing a range of recruitment solutions to global industry using traditional and proprietary search methods.
