Global Screening Operations Analyst

The role will provide you with an opportunity to exercise collaborative interpersonal skills when dealing with various internal business groups and compliance team during case investigation and management. This is a chance to apply and further develop your ability of sound judgment and discretion in the screening process with an ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment.As an Analyst withing the Global Screening Operations team, you will be responsible for partnering with theteam to ensure that transactions and clientnames are screened in accordance with the global sanctions standards, OFAC, local and regional requirements. The key functions you will be supporting are Sanctions screening, Client list screening, and quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing, metrics creation, and stakeholder management.Job responsibilitiesReview transactions and client names in accordance with OFAC and local sanctions policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including local Saudi lists.Ensure performance and deliverable accurate work in timely manner within the global sanctions standards and operations service levels.To demonstrate commitment in business operations through contributing extra efforts or worktime in exception period of high volume or late hour processing.Establish and maintain partnerships withoffshore internal stakeholders, Complianceand Technology teams to maximize efficiencies and ensure consistency.Coordinate and participate in improvement projects and User Acceptance Testing.Represent the team in Audit and with Committees.Review processes and uphold strong controls on a regular basis by establishing clear Standard Operating Procedures.Work with Business resiliency manager to ensure a robust Business Continuity plan.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMust have a Bachelor's degreePrior experience in in Swift Settlement and BankingOperations gained from international financial institutions.Prior experience in User acceptance testing and Project managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are a mustStrong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Hardworking, dedicated and detail oriented with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task.Strong analytical and investigative skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and high volume environment within tight deadlines and transactions cutoff timings.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in Sanctions screening, Client list screening, OFAC, local Saudi list.Having knowledge about SWIFT, and wired payment.Precise and focused at work, complying with the JP Morgan Chase standards and controlsGood understanding of risk and control and have experience in liaison with auditors or regulators.Able to handle and manage a monthly and quarterly reports of different time sensitive matters simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
