Inbound leads are just the dessert.You will run a consultative + challenger motion, understand customers' pain deeply, and sell ROI, outcomes, and value, not just features or services.This is a high-energy, high-ownership role where you'll move fast, stay sharp, and think like an owner at every step.What You'll DoProspecting & Pipeline OwnershipBuild pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events, researchTreat inbound leads as a bonus, not the main courseMaintain 2-3X pipeline coverage at all timesUse data to prioritize the right accounts, segments, and outreach strategiesSales ExecutionRun structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demosSell value, ROI, efficiency and business outcomes, not featuresNavigate multiple stakeholders: HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs, financeClose deals across small (
