Job Description Role Overview: As a Finance and Procurement Product Portfolio Product Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in the intersection of BCGs Global Finance and IT functions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Product Owner to shape and prioritize the squads backlog, supporting the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring data quality and integrations, and enabling compliance and statutory report generation. You will be a key player in driving operations activities and innovation within the squad, championing an Agile mindset, and delivering value early and often. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Owner to shape and prioritize the squads backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs - Define business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories or functional specifications - Support the full delivery lifecycle, including coordination of testing, issue resolution, and deployment of new features and data updates - Develop a strong understanding of core financial data in SAP and partner with other portfolios to design and validate new data flows - Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and addressing any data quality gaps - Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and guide them in using SAPs native capabilities - Support the development and testing of custom reports to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field - 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, or systems support - Familiarity with ERP platforms (such as SAP S/4HANA) and financial reporting tools - Understanding of Agile ways of working and the ability to contribute within a squad-based delivery model - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to structure and document complex information clearly Additional Company Details: Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, offering a collaborative work environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can thrive.
