Job Description

Job Description As a Global HR Data Analyst II at McCormick, you will be playing a crucial role in managing global HR data reporting and organizational management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include handling medium-to-complex HR data reporting, executing large-scale global mass uploads, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements, and managing the accuracy of the global organizational hierarchy within SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation and execution of medium to complex global HR reports and manage large-scale HR data mass uploads, ensuring accurate data delivery to stakeholders. - Act as a senior analyst for internal and external audits, gather HR data for audits, resolve audit findings, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Perform OM data initiatives, including managing the global organizational hierarchy, position management, and employee data integrity within SFEC and SAP HCM. - Reconcile HR data across global systems, proactively compare and validate data, identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Design and implement validation reports to monitor OM data fields, proactively identify discrepancies, perform corrective actions, and serve as a subject matter expert in SFEC & SAP HCM OM data management. - Support large-scale organizational design projects, work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate reflection of organizational changes in HR systems, and provide guidance on data impacts and system configurations. Secondary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR Data peers to exchange knowledge and understand broader scope of processes delivered. - Work closely with Solution Center teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of processes. - Participate in projects, training, and onboarding of new specialists. - Engage in problem-solving, provide insights to improve service delivery and process adherence. Qualifications: - College Degree preferred - Over 3 years' experience in data management in a multinational company Dimensions: - Global Scope - Up to 10,000 employees in service scope - Interactions with Middle HR, GBS Management, Regional HR Directors and Managers, HR Technology and Insights Team, Solution Owners, Solution Center Operational Teams, Payroll and Financial Accounting, Global H2R Delivery Team, Professional Advisors on global or local HR, and Legal Advisors.
