Global Head of Sales (Cross-Border Payments | Fintech Infrastructure)Location: Dubai, UAECompensation: Highly competitive base + uncapped commission + equity potentialAbout the CompanyA high-growth, venture-backed fintech building next-generation cross-border payments infrastructure.The OpportunityThis is a global leadership role reporting directly to the CRO.You will own and execute the global revenue strategy across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, building and scaling a high-performing international sales organisation.This is not a standard Head of role. You will be expected to operate as a true heavy hitter, bringing experience, relationships, and a proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth fintech environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn global revenue strategy across all regionsScale and lead international sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and AmericasBuild structure, processes, and operating cadence across the commercial functionDrive aggressive revenue growth aligned to company expansion targetsDevelop and execute global go-to-market strategyLead enterprise and platform sales targeting fintechs, marketplaces, and global merchantsEmbed data, automation, and AI into sales processes and performance trackingPartner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership on expansion strategyBuild and maintain senior relationships with key clients and partners globallyHire, coach, and develop a world-class sales organisationWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Global Head, Regional Head, or equivalent senior commercial leaderTrack record scaling revenue and teams in a high-growth fintech or payments environmentExperience within cross-border payments, FX, or financial infrastructureStrong background in institutional sales, with exposure to enterprise and platform clientsExperience in challenger or scaling fintech environmentsDemonstrated ability to build and implement scalable sales processes and structuresStrong understanding of data-led sales, automation, and AI-driven sales optimisationExisting network and relationships within fintech, payments, and enterprise ecosystemsExperience leading globally distributed teamsWhy JoinOpportunity to shape and scale a global fintech at a critical growth stageDirect impact on revenue, strategy, and international expansionWork alongside top-tier investors and leadershipHighly competitive compensation with strong upside#J-18808-Ljbffr
