Our mission is to empower creators and drive industry innovation by collaborating closely with major social media platforms.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Platforms to lead our platform management strategy and activities. In this role, you will oversee relationships with major social media platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. Your leadership will drive cross‑platform initiatives, optimize creator integrations, and develop sustainable partnerships that deliver value to both creators and platforms. The position requires a visionary leader with strong negotiation skills, extensive industry experience, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Platform LeadershipDevelop and execute a global strategy for managing relationships with social media platformsLead strategic discussions and negotiations with Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other key partnersAnalyze platform trends and leverage insights to guide organizational direction and strategiesPartnership Development & ManagementEstablish long‑term partnerships that drive value for both creators and platformsMonitor and evaluate partnership performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to integrate platform needs into broader business operationsCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with programming, marketing, operations, and creator management teams to ensure successful execution of platform initiativesLead and coordinate multi‑departmental projects that involve platform partnersEnsure alignment across departments to deliver a unified message and approachReporting & OversightOversee reporting metrics for platform partnerships and initiative successPrepare and present quarterly progress reports to the leadership teamMake data‑driven decisions to refine strategies and operational plansRequirementsQualifications & Experience7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or senior roles within digital media or creator economyExtensive experience working with major social media platforms and strong understanding of their ecosystemsProven record of strategic leadership and successful partnership developmentExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple stakeholdersFluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plusWillingness to travel as neededSkills & AttributesStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and lead cross‑functional teamsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilitiesProficient in handling complex projects and driving resultsA PlusExperience in a startup or a fast‑growing companyFamiliarity with event management and large‑scale productionsKnowledge of emerging trends in the creator economy and digital media landscape#J-18808-Ljbffr
