<p>My Client is a global leading crypto exchange.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Global Head of Marketing to lead</p><p>and scale the company’s global marketing function during its next phase of growth.</p><p>This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth, communications,</p><p>community, and regional execution—ensuring marketing serves as a key driver of user</p><p>acquisition, engagement, and long-term market leadership.</p><p>Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, the Global Head of</p><p>Marketing will translate business priorities into impactful global campaigns, strong brand</p><p>positioning, and measurable commercial outcomes across both retail and institutional</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business expansion and commercial objectives.</li><li>Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform growth through integrated marketing initiatives.</li><li>Establish clear performance metrics linking marketing activities to trading activity, customer growth, and revenue impact.</li><li>Identify market opportunities and develop scalable go-to-market strategies across regions and customer segments.</li></ul><p>Brand&Market Positioning</p><ul><li>Own and evolve global brand positioning, ensuring clarity, credibility, and differentiation across markets.</li><li>Lead global brand campaigns, major product launches, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.</li><li>Maintain strong brand governance, including messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and visual consistency across regions.</li></ul><p>Performance&Digital Marketing</p><ul><li>Oversee performance marketing and digital acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.</li><li>Optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven experimentation, attribution analysis, and funnel optimization.</li><li>Drive scalable growth through online marketing, partnerships, affiliates, and ecosystem collaborations.</li></ul><p>Communications&Reputation Management</p><ul><li>Lead global PR and communications strategy, including media engagement, executive visibility, and reputation management.</li><li>Support strategic messaging during key industry developments and market cycles.•</li><li>Ensure consistent external communications aligned with company values and regulatory expectations.</li></ul><p>Community&Social Ecosystem</p><ul><li>Scale global community engagement and social media strategy to strengthen user loyalty and ecosystem influence.</li><li>Enhance brand presence within global digital asset and technology communities.</li><li>Foster authentic engagement across online and offline channels.</li></ul><p>Regional Marketing&Go-to-Market Execution</p><ul><li>Partner with regional teams to localize global strategy across priority markets.</li><li>Support successful market entry and expansion initiatives worldwide.</li><li>Align marketing execution with regional commercial and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p>Team Leadership&Organizational Development</p><ul><li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing organization.</li><li>Establish scalable operating models, processes, and performance standards.</li><li>Foster a culture combining creativity, speed, accountability, and data-driven decision making.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of marketing leadership experience within global technology, fintech, internet platform, or high-growth environments.</li><li>Proven track record leading integrated marketing functions across brand, growth, communications, and digital channels.</li><li>Demonstrated success driving measurable business growth through marketing initiatives.</li><li>Experience managing global or multi-regional marketing organizations.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.</li><li>Exposure to cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or trading platforms is a strong advantage; crypto-native experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
