<p><strong>Chief Marketing Officer / Global Head of Marketing</strong></p><p><strong>Location: UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)</strong></p><p>A leading global digital assets and trading platform is seeking an experienced, commercially minded<strong>Global Head of Marketing</strong>to lead and scale its marketing function through the next phase of growth.</p><p>This role will own the end-to-end global marketing strategy across<strong>brand, growth, communications, community, events, and regional execution</strong>, ensuring marketing is a key driver of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term market leadership. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will translate business priorities into impactful campaigns, differentiated brand positioning, and measurable commercial outcomes across both retail and institutional audiences.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define and execute the global marketing strategy in line with business expansion plans and commercial objectives</li><li>Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform growth through integrated marketing initiatives</li><li>Build clear performance frameworks linking marketing activity to customer growth, trading activity, and revenue impact</li><li>Identify market opportunities and develop scalable go-to-market strategies across regions and customer segments</li><li>Support global expansion initiatives, including new market entry and international brand build-out</li></ul><p><strong>Brand, Social Media&Market Positioning</strong></p><ul><li>Own and evolve global brand positioning, ensuring clarity, credibility, and differentiation across markets</li><li>Lead global brand campaigns, major product launches, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives</li><li>Oversee social media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand relevance</li><li>Maintain strong brand governance across messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency</li></ul><p><strong>Performance&Data-Driven Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee performance marketing and digital acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels</li><li>Optimise marketing effectiveness through data-driven experimentation, attribution analysis, funnel optimisation, and ROI tracking</li><li>Use analytics and customer insights to refine campaigns, improve targeting, and strengthen commercial outcomes</li><li>Drive scalable growth through online marketing, partnerships, affiliates, and ecosystem collaborations</li></ul><p><strong>Communications, Events&Reputation Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead global PR and communications strategy, including media engagement, executive visibility, and reputation management</li><li>Support strategic messaging around key industry developments and market cycles</li><li>Own and enhance the global events strategy across industry conferences, client events, sponsorship activations, and community initiatives</li><li>Ensure consistent external communications aligned with company values and regulatory expectations</li></ul><p><strong>Regional Marketing&Go-to-Market Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with regional teams to localise global strategy across priority markets</li><li>Support successful market entry and expansion initiatives internationally</li><li>Align marketing execution with regional commercial and regulatory requirements</li><li>Bring a strong understanding of international and multi-region marketing dynamics</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership&Organisational Development</strong></p><ul><li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing organisation</li><li>Establish scalable operating models, processes, and performance standards</li><li>Foster a culture of creativity, speed, accountability, and data-driven decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>Profile Sought</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within<strong>crypto, fintech, digital technology, internet platform, or other high-growth environments</strong></li><li>Strong international or multi-region experience, with the ability to lead global campaigns across diverse markets</li><li>Proven track record across<strong>brand, growth, communications, social media, and events</strong></li><li>Strong commercial mindset with clear evidence of driving measurable business growth through marketing initiatives</li><li>Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and marketing ROI</li><li>Experience supporting<strong>global expansion</strong>, including new market launches and regional scaling</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership</li><li>Prior exposure to cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, trading platforms, or fast-scaling tech businesses is strongly preferred</li></ul><p>This role would suit a senio
