<p>We are currently partnering with a high-growth, international business within the health and wellness space, looking to appoint a Marketing Director to lead and scale their global growth function. This is a pivotal hire for the business, with full ownership of subscriber growth across existing and new markets, including upcoming expansion into the UK and UAE.</p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>The business has already built a strong foundation, with an established subscriber base, high retention rates, and a highly engaged community. However they are now looking for a senior individual to take full ownership of the acquisition and retention engine.</p><p>This role will be responsible for building a scalable growth strategy that operates independently of founder-led channels, with a clear focus on performance, international expansion.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention</li><li>Define and execute performance marketing strategy across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)</li><li>Set and manage budgets, CPA targets, and channel allocation across multiple markets</li><li>Lead international market entry for the UK and UAE, including go-to-market strategy and execution</li><li>Optimise conversion across the funnel, including landing pages, onboarding journeys, and pricing strategies</li><li>Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and retention strategies</li><li>Work closely with internal teams across performance marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing to align on growth objectives</li><li>Analyse performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions to improve key metrics including trial conversion, retention, and LTV</li></ul><p><strong>The Profile</strong></p><ul><li>5- 7+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketing within a subscription-based or recurring revenue business</li><li>Proven track record of owning and delivering against subscriber growth targets or P&L</li><li>Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition at scale across multiple channels</li><li>Deep understanding of conversion optimisation, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management</li><li>Experience launching or scaling products in new markets</li><li>Highly data-driven, with experience using analytics and attribution tools</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with high levels of ownership</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Location: Dubai Full-time office-based</li><li>Reporting directly into founders</li><li>Small team, high ownership, and strong growth potential</li></ul><p>This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to take full ownership of a growth function within a scaling business, with the ability to make a direct and measurable impact on international expansion and overall revenue growth.</p><p>If this aligns with your background, please feel free to get in touch directly.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
