Global Fintech Policy&Compliance Lead

<p>We are currently seeking an experienced legal, regulatory expert to join us as Senior Policy Advisor. This role serves to support Pay10 growth and entry in new markets and regulatory environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Licensing Strategy:</strong>Support and advise the Global Expansion team on licensing requirements and guidelines for entry into new markets.</li><li><strong>Policy Development:</strong>Draft, review, and update internal company policies related to financial services, compliance, risk management, and operations, while ensuring its full compliance with local laws and regulations.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Intelligence:</strong>Monitor and interpret regulatory trends, legal developments, and changes in licensing requirements related to E-money Institution and Payment Service Providers across multiple countries.</li><li><strong>Cross-functional Support:</strong>Provide policy and regulatory guidance to internal teams.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong>Ensure documentation is clear, aligned with legal requirements, and easily interpretable for internal use and external stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Governance:</strong>Contribute to regulatory governance frameworks and ensure policies are aligned with international best practices and company objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience with financial regulators or in a legal/policy advisory role within a fintech or financial institution or consultancy firm.</li><li>Knowledge of licensing regimes in Europe, APAC, MENA, GCC or LATAM regions.</li><li>Familiarity with cross-border compliance standards such as AML, EMD2, PSD2, GDPR, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.</li><li>7-10 years of experience in regulatory policy, financial services, legal advisory, or a related area.</li><li>Deep understanding of regulatory licensing frameworks for fintech, e-money institutions, or payment services globally.</li><li>Proven track record of drafting and implementing internal company policies and regulatory guidance.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, and multicultural environment.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
