OverviewRun administer and deliver Global project orders under the direction of Service Delivery Management aiming at the flawless execution of the project.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end order delivery of all Global products efficiently and within the timeline maintaining KPIs to ensure right-first-time deliveryBuilding strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments/partners to provision the services within the agreed KPILiaise with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objectivesHelp prepare project proposals timeframes schedule and budgetMonitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participantsUse project management methodology to monitor working hours budget plans and money spendManage and Work closely with e&/Partners operation team and product team to ensure that services are consistently delivered to the expectations of our customers for the timeline and technical capability.Arrange with respective stakeholders to issue all appropriate legal paperworkReport and escalate to management as neededCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation plans and reportsAct as a Single Point of contact in establishing Network-to-Network Interface (NNI)Ensure all activities are streamlined from the initial request for NNI creation to the final stage of NNI readiness for service (RFS) .Ensure efficiency and collaboration across teams in adherence to business rulesRequirements3 years of experience in project management in a related fieldCCNA CertifiedITIL CertifiedPrevious experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projectsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management toolsBS/BE in a related fieldPMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
