Global Compliance Systems & Data Analyst

Job Description As a Global Compliance Systems and Data Analyst at Eastman, you will have the opportunity to work with a global specialty materials company that focuses on enhancing the quality of life through innovative products and solutions while maintaining a commitment to safety and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Product Safety tasks such as SDS distribution, Report management, Report Template maintenance, and master data management. - Oversee quarterly releases of regulatory content. - Assess necessary reviews for business scenarios and assign approvers for smooth workflow in the product commercialization system. - Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Business to address and resolve order blocks for efficient operations. - Participate in Compliance Meetings and Audits to demonstrate commitment to regulatory standards. - Provide vital reports using Power BI to support Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs assessments and regulatory reporting. - Monitor PDM performance and Commercialization turnaround times for optimization. - Participate in small IT projects for implementation to contribute to continuous process and system improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Business English, both written and verbal. - Background in SAP Product Compliance (EHS) with a good understanding of SAP Report Management and SAP Report Shipping recommended. - Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. - Strong initiative and follow-through skills. - Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Query, and Power BI. - 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred. - Basic understanding of EHS regulations, compliance requirements, and hazard communication (GHS) is helpful.
