We will have roles available at all levels from Quantity Surveyor through to Director.Who we’re looking forExperience, Knowledge and Key SkillsExtensive post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation5+ years experience living and working in the GCCSound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planningExtensive giga project experience, in hospitality, mixed use, rail, and heavy infrastructurePractical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategiesSound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasksClear and effective communication skills - both oral and writtenAbility to absorb complex information and assess requirements readilyAbility to work as part of a teamQualificationsDegree in Quantity SurveyingMRICS or equivalent chartered statusExtensive giga project experienceArabic language skills desirableNative English level written and oral skillsAbout usA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
