We will have roles available at all levels from Quantity Surveyor through to Director.</p><h3>Who we’re looking for</h3><p><b>Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills</b></p><ul><li>Extensive post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying</li><li>5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation</li><li>5+ years experience living and working in the GCC</li><li>Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning</li><li>Extensive giga project experience, in hospitality, mixed use, rail, and heavy infrastructure</li><li>Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies</li><li>Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks</li><li>Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written</li><li>Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in Quantity Surveying</li><li>MRICS or equivalent chartered status</li><li>Extensive giga project experience</li><li>Arabic language skills desirable</li><li>Native English level written and oral skills</li></ul><h3>About us</h3><p>A world of opportunity</p><p>Gleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
