Job Description

Most companies approach corporate gifting the same way: pick something generic, slap a logo on it, send it out. The recipient forgets it by the next day.

AtYgii, we believe a well-chosen gift communicates something a brochure never can. And the person who makes that happen is the Gift Expert.

You will ownwhat goes in the gift, the curation, the concept, the cultural fit, the packaging, the story. You will work directly with clients to understand their brief and translate it into something that lands. And you will partner with our Sales team to make sure every account we win stays won.

What you’ll actually do

Consult directly with clients to understand their gifting brief, occasion, recipients, budget, brand, and what they want the recipient to feel.

Curate and assemble gift sets that are culturally relevant, creatively distinctive, and commercially viable at the specified budget

Build and maintain a catalog of gift concepts tied to Saudi occasions, Founding Day, Ramadan, Riyadh Season, corporate milestones

Stay ahead of gifting trends locally and globally, products, packaging, personalization techniques, lifestyle brands

Partner with the Sales salesperson on shared accounts: they open the door, you make the client love what's behind it

Coordinate branding and packaging with suppliers to ensure every delivery looks as good as it was conceived

Flag anything that doesn't meet the standard before it leaves, quality is your responsibility, not the courier's

Who you are

2–4 years of experiencein retail buying, personal shopping, event styling, visual merchandising, product curation, or a client-facing creative role, you have recommended products to real clients and they trusted your judgment

You understand Saudi gifting culture deeply, the difference between a Ramadan gift and a Founding Day set is not just the occasion, it's the story, the palette, the items, and the feeling

You have a genuine creative point of view, you can walk into a brief and come out with an idea, not just a product list

You are bilingual:fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken, you consult in Arabic, write proposals in English, and switch between both naturally

You work well with a partner, the salesperson is your counterpart, not your manager. You align, you push back when needed, and you present a unified front to the client

Budget is not the enemy of creativity, you know how to make 50 SAR per person feel like 300

You move fast. A client brief that arrives at 4pm for a delivery in 72 hours is not a crisis, it's Tuesday!

#J-18808-Ljbffr
